FAQ
Do I need my own domains?
Yes. You buy and own the domains at any registrar. We set them up for sending and you keep them.
What are the sending limits?
3 emails per mailbox per day, so 300 per domain. Staying under them keeps your inboxes healthy. Inboxes sent over the limit aren't covered, as explained in our Terms.
Why do you need access to my registrar and sending tool?
So we can set up the DNS records and connect your new mailboxes for you. Share your logins, or invite setup@inboxwolf.com instead: with DNS permissions at your registrar, and as an admin in your sending tool. Logins are encrypted and only used to build your order. Turn off two-factor authentication while we build, and change the passwords once your order is delivered if you like.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are delivered in 6–24 hours. If we're late, your first month is free.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If your order isn't live on time, we refund your first month. And if a mailbox is disabled in the first 30 days, we replace it free, as long as you stayed under the daily sending limit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract. Cancel from the Billing page at least 5 days before your renewal date.
Do you offer discounts?
If you have a promo code, enter it on the Stripe payment page and you'll see the discount before you pay.
